Project Illustrations
At AVI Systems, we want to make sure you understand the general process and project timeline that you would follow when undertaking an audio visual integration project. As with any type of project, the larger or more complex your project, the more time will be needed.
We’ve created a sample timeline to illustrate the basic project steps and general timing of each activity, to help set some realistic expectations for your own project.

Additional Project Considerations
As we stated above, the more complex your project, the more time you will need. This becomes even more critical when new construction or remodeling is involved. Audio visual equipment is very sensitive and requires a clean room. This means that carpet needs to be down, walls need to be painted, and your environment needs to be as dust-free as possible before the equipment will be installed.
In addition, many construction projects experience delays. But at AVI Systems, we work diligently with you and your contractors to minimize the impact of these delays.
