Operations Technician

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Operations Technician shall be responsible for the day-to-day setups of videoconferences when assistance is requested through the Conference Room Scheduler (CRS) or through the VACT Schedule Desk.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of one or more years experience in videoconference system support with an emphasis on audio and videoconferencing in a multi-vendor environment. Desirable to have experience with Polycom and Tandberg codecs. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must have excellent verbal (including telephone) and written communications skills. Experience in the Sandia collaborative environment is desirable.
