VTC Support Analyst
The VTC Support Analyst provides remote Help Desk support and troubleshooting of Video Conferencing Systems to the company's customers.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
This person must have experience in supporting and troubleshooting technology surrounding video conferencing, including room and desktop systems, MCUs, Gateways, Gatekeepers, and Enterprise level video conferencing software. Knowledge of integrated video conferencing and data networking concepts is essential to the position. Educational background should consist of formal technical training of video conference equipment and software. Computer literacy skills and high familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and programs are important. The ability to independently prioritize tasks and execute with little or no direction, and to interact with customers and fellow employees in a professional manner has direct results on success in this position. This person must exhibit patience and understanding of customers problem situations when communicating with customers.
