The AVI Systems management team is charged with providing a sound financial foundation, planning, administrative and accounting services — plus strong leadership that allows the company to fulfill its strategic mission to our customers while growing and changing in our current economy.

 

Joe Stoebner, Chairman

Joe Stoebner started AVI Systems in Bismarck, ND in 1974 as an audio visual equipment supplier. To this day, he continues to build the reputation of AVI Systems as a premier systems integrator of audio, video, broadcast, presentation and video conferencing systems regionally and nationally.

  • Received “Small Business of the Year” award by the Eden Prairie Chamber of Commerce in 1998

  • Received the distinguished “Alumni of the Year award” from Northern State University in 1999

Jeff Stoebner, President and CEO

Jeff Stoebner joined AVI Systems in 1993. He learned the ropes by working first in technical services, then becoming a sales representative. He also spent time as a Regional Vice President, as well as the VP of Marketing for the company. Jeff recently took on the role of President and CEO for AVI Systems.

Randi Borth, Chief Financial Officer

Randi spent 8 years in Public Accounting with a regional accounting firm, and spent 5 years working for US Bank Corporation (a NYSE-traded bank). After serving another 9 years with a large, privately held international company, he joined AVI Systems in 1998.
