2012
AVI Systems completes its expansion as a Braodcast Systems Integrator. Adding 30 new employees in current AVI Systems regions and adding two new locations in Detroit, MI and Cincinnati, OH. In addition to new broadcast experts, AVI Systems has expanded its relationships with key broadcast manufacturer partners to their highest level of partnership.

AVI Systems acquires Workplace AV Systems in Sioux Falls, SD
2010
AVI Systems is now 100% employee-owned company
2009
Launches multiple AVI Systems branded products under digital signage, asset management and conference support
2008
Audiovisual, Inc. and all subsidiaries begin to operate under the corporate name of AVI Systems, Inc.; AVI Midwest and Televideo San Diego names are retired
2005
Launches Advanced Managed Services (AMS) group
2004
Acquires offices in Chicago, IL, Milwaukee and Madison, WI and Grand Rapids, MI under the name AVI Midwest, LLC
2003
Merges with Televideo San Diego, CA
2001
Establishes a Total Quality Initiative for the development of technical standards and processes

Acquires Audio Systems Company in Bismarck, ND; adds sound masking, sound reinforcement and security systems expertise to our complete range of service offerings

Celebrates 25th year in the presentation business; expands product and service offerings in the areas of digital video, production, CD-ROM authoring and website development

Acquires Video Masters; adds a new office in Kansas City, KS; enters the videoconferencing market

Acquires Video Midwest-AVC which transitions Minneapolis, MN office from equipment dealer to audio, video, presentation and conferencing systems integrator
