Our Process

To ensure quality, consistency, competitiveness and desired profitability for our clients, AVI Systems employs a standard integration process that includes aesthetic and functional consistency, increased efficiency, facilitation of future modifications, and ease of future maintenance. Plus, it saves you time – which can end up saving you money.

The Steps: Our “Better is Bigger” Process Explained

Step 1: Planning for Your Success
This first step includes consulting with you about your project plans. Why is this stage so important? Understanding your functional and environmental audio visual requirements helps us determine the general scope of work, budgets and timelines necessary to take the next step. It also lays the foundation for establishing the relationship and expectations between you, the architect, the general contractor and AVI Systems.

Step 2: Engineering for Excellence
The engineering phase includes drawing the designs, configuring the details, and selecting the technology components. In addition, equipment and material schedules and construction documents are created.

Step 3: Fabrication Programming & Testing
The integration of equipment takes place at the AVI Systems fabrication labs, where the systems are wired into racks, programmed and tested to ensure a smooth and fully functional field installation.

Step 4: On-site Installation & System Launch
At this point, all structured cable and hardware are set in place, displays are mounted, and audio reinforcement and equipment racks are installed and put to the test.

Step 5: Training & Sign-off
With the implementation process completed, the next important step is client training and system sign-off. Further adjustments and additional training often occur during the first year of operation.

Beyond: Continued Service
High-tech audio visual systems require check-ups and servicing to ensure smooth operation and peak performance. AVI Systems offers Pro Support for video conferencing systems; Watch Dog™ remote monitoring services; System Support Agreements; and Service on Demand to keep equipment functioning for years to come.
