For Madison Dearborn Partners in Chicago, IL, we designed, engineered and integrated a simple, elegant boardroom. Technologies include: single rear-projection screen with presentation and video conferencing capability, wall mounted video camera, table top microphones, and a touch screen control panel for lights, shades, audio and video control.
For Faegre & Bensen’s corporate boardroom, we integrated a single rear-projection screen with presentation and video conferencing capability. Cabinet-recessed video cameras at the front of the room can be hidden when not in use. The table is equipped with recessed microphones, recessed cabling and power outlets, and a touch screen control panel for lighting, shade, video, presentation and audio control.
Our video conferencing rooms make complex communication easy. In this example, dual plasma monitors and table top microphones allow participants to communicate with multiple locations, or to use one screen for video conferencing and the other for a presentation. The table offers recessed internet and electrical outlets, along with a touch screen control panel for easy control of lights, audio, video and presentation.
Here, we’ve engineered a classroom-style training room with computers at each participant station and a front-projection presentation screen. A plasma monitor at the back of the room allows the presenter to see the presentation. The room is also equipped with video conferencing capabilities to share training sessions with offices around the country or across the globe.
Digital signage makes it very easy for companies to share relevant, timely information with both visitors and employees. Throughout the hallways and lobbies of Omaha World Herald newspaper, AVI Systems integrated digital signage, along with software and players they need to upload, filter and transition their content.
For this auditorium style presentation room, each seat has a table top microphone and access to recessed internet and electrical outlets. The room offers video conferencing capabilities and a single rear projection presentation screen. A podium at the front of the room has a microphone, laptop connections, and a touch-screen panel to control lighting, audio, and video.
Behind every great auditorium is an even greater control room. This control room allows an operator to monitor and control camera views, panning and switching, as well as the auditorium’s lighting and audio levels.

For Mindshare, we designed and built an audio conferencing presentation room. The table offers recessed internet and electrical outlets, and the plasma screen at the front of the room displays the presentations through the internet connection.
