We Have a Situation Room

Of the many rooms we designed and built for BAE Systems – the world’s 2nd largest global defense company – the situation room comes with 3 separate front-projection presentation screens, as well as wall-recessed speakers and strategically placed microphones. The podium (center right) controls all audio, video and lighting.

Executive Level Conference Room

We designed and built a high-tech conference room – also for BAE Systems – for full presentation and video conferencing capabilities. Some technologies include: rear-projection video wall; plasma presentation monitor on the side wall; in-table gooseneck microphones; recessed cabling to allow for individual laptop and monitor hookups; and a touch screen control panel to control audio, video and lighting.

Command and Control

The command center for the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs has 2 front-projection video walls, along with 2 corner-mounted monitors. Operators can track and monitor activities throughout the agency, as well as section screens and switch or add views without disrupting the full display.

Always At Attention

Digital signage from AVI Systems allows BAE Systems to communicate important information at a moment’s notice. Included with this integration: our proprietary digital signage software and players to upload, filter and transition content.

Defensive Wall

A 12-screen video wall and control room allows the operators at a global defense agency to control camera views and keep an eye on activities throughout the organization.

Video Conferencing Room

This dual-monitor video conferencing room allows our client to conduct face-to-face meetings with colleagues in multiple locations. Some technologies include table-top gooseneck microphones, wall mounted video camera and speakers, and touch screen panel to control audio, video and lighting.

Back to Basics

AVI Systems created a simple audio conferencing and video presentation room for another client. Technologies include, but are not limited to: rear-projection presentation system; table top microphones; Polycom audio conferencing; and an equipment rack with remote control.
