From city centers and chambers of commerce to law firms, court rooms, state houses of representatives and beyond, we’re proud of our successes with these great organizations.

 

The Supporting Wall

For the city of Lenexa, KS, AVI Systems designed, engineered and installed a stand-alone technology wall at the front of their city meeting center. The wall offers a large rear-projection presentation screen with mounted speakers. The control room – conveniently located directly behind the wall – allows operators to monitor and control audio, video and lighting.

Multi-Purpose Video Conferencing Rooms

Multi-use rooms make for cost-effective additions to municipal facilities. This dividable conference room at the Lenexa Conference Center can be used as a large presentation room or as 3 separate conference rooms. Each “room” contains plasma monitors with video conferencing capability and touch screen panels to control audio, video and lighting.

Room with a View

The Metropolitan Council chamber of commerce features a wealth of technologies. At the front of the room is the chamber area, with grounded seating and microphones at each. Monitors are placed throughout the room – for chamber members and the audience – to allow all participants to see what is being presented. A front projection system offers additional presentation capacity.

A Presenter’s Perspective

The presenter’s podium for the Metropolitan Council chamber of commerce contains a microphone, an equipment rack, and a touch screen panel to control audio, video and lighting.

Chamber Control Center

The control center for the MC chamber of commerce allows operators to monitor and control camera views, presentations, videos, audio, and lights. Operators can also record chamber sessions and broadcast to internal or external networks.

Fire Drills

This “smart” training room for the Lansing (MI) Fire Department gives firemen a few training options. An interactive whiteboard with a front-projection system on one side of the room, and a presentation monitor on the opposite wall (not shown) means this room can accommodate nearly all types of digital training and presentation material.

Chamber of Commerce

The City of Warrenville’s chamber of commerce is high tech! Each chamber member has a table-top gooseneck microphone. Ceiling and wall mounted cameras and microphones throughout the room make it easy to record each session. A control room (behind the scenes) allows operators to control camera angles, recording capabilities, audio mixing, lighting and shades.

Exemplary Control

This control room for the City of Jacksonville controls camera angles, records all meetings, houses the equipment racks and allows operators to monitor and control presentation room audio, video and lighting.

Digital Signs

Libraries are a great place to share and receive information! This digital signage system – installed at the Skokie Public Library in Illinois – shares activity dates and times, library events, upcoming author readings, book releases and more.

House Sounds

AVI Systems worked with the North Dakota House of Representatives to design, engineer and install a large venue audio distribution system, complete with microphones and strategically placed speakers throughout the facility.
