DOT Matrix

The network operations center (NOC) for Wisconsin’s Department of Transportation (DOT) offers a multi-view rear-projection video wall that allows operators to monitor local traffic cameras and traffic related maps, applications, and software tools.

Conferencing on the Right Track

We helped transform this old rail car into a luxurious audio conferencing room for Kansas City Southern Rail. Technology includes Polycom audio conferencing, speakers and microphones.

Kansas City Style

The AVI Systems team designed and integrated audio visual technologies into this Kansas City Southern Rail executive boardroom. Technologies include retractable screen with hidden front projector, along with a touch screen panel to control lights, shades, audio and video.

Traffic Reporting

We helped design, engineer and build a Traffic Management Center control room for Minnesota’s Department of Transportation (MN DOT). This exciting room contains 3 video walls, each of which is surrounded by hundreds of monitors. The video walls display computer-generated maps and composite videos from MN DOT camera system. The individual monitors display views from over 230 traffic cameras throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.

General Presentation Room

Some clients request simpler technology. In this room, we integrated a single screen with ceiling-mounted front projection, along with a touch screen panel to control the presentation and the lighting.
