At AVI Systems, we strive to design intuitive, walk-up-and-use audio visual, telepresence and broadcast solutions that the average worker can use with minimal instruction. However, for the highest levels of success, we recommend that an emphasis be placed on training for all users. Training covers the ins and outs of using the new technology, along with efficiency tips for conducting more productive meetings.
We work with you to develop a personalized training program. Typically, we offer three types of training:

Technical Training: This is typically a one-to-one training between an AVI Systems engineer and your key technical point person. We will review CAD drawings, rack layouts, advanced system training, and basic trouble-shooting.

Assistant Training: Often, there are administrative assistants who require a higher level of knowledge about the room and its functions. This is often a one-to-many training. Often, we hold an initial training session when the room is completed, then a second "refresher" training session 3 to 4 weeks after the initial orientation.

Executive Training: This is a brief, high-level overview of the system's capability, and includes hands-on training focused at the control panel.
Additional Options
Further training can be provided at a minor cost. Specialized training for technology such as Smart Software can be quoted by request. In addition, we provide an operations manual that shows screen shots of the control system menus, and allows for a quick reference guide for users.
