At AVI Systems, our recommendation for your service coverage is a combination of managed service offerings that fall under four different types of maintenance; Preventive, Corrective, Perfective and Adaptive Maintenance.

Proper cleaning, alignment, and lubrication are necessary on all audio visual parts and components. To minimize downtime, put your gear on a preventative maintenance cycle to ensure it’s properly working and you experience zero downtime.

Once a piece of equipment experiences an issue - then certain steps need to be taken to correct that issue. To maximize equipment life - make sure to correct all issues as soon as they pop up.

These are enhancements or modifications to improve the safety, reliability, efficiency or cost-effectiveness of the equipment. Complete color balancing, image mapping, and optimization of your LCD projector or flat panel are examples of the perfective services we deploy.

Over time new needs arise during the life of our equipment. This can be caused by new regulations or different business needs. To address these requirements firmware is upgraded, lenses are swapped, cards are inserted, and frequencies are recalibrated all to take advantage of changing business conditions.

Depot Services

With our standard Depot services customers are responsible for getting malfunctioning equipment to AVI Systems. Please complete a Service Request Form and enclose it with your serviceable equipment. Depot Service has a 5-7 day turnaround (depending on parts availability) once your equipment is received.
