
System & Product Support
AVI Systems offers a wide range of after-sale system and product support. Remember, the standard manufacturer's warranties cover "in-depot" repair only, meaning you would be responsible for getting the malfunctioning equipment to an authorized service center. In an integrated room environment, this becomes unfeasible.
Additionally, nearly 80% of all trouble calls within the first 90 days of a system are "operational" issues – which would be charged to the customer who does not have a service agreement in place.
System Support Agreement (SSA)
You need your audio visual systems up and running at all times. Our System Support Agreements protect your entire system around the clock. You’ll find peace of mind knowing that the technical engineers who built your system are available at a moment’s notice to fully support it.
SSAs also provide a great way to budget for service needs, by offering:

Phone support Monday to Friday, 8 to 5

All travel, on-site labor and diagnostics services for emergency repair

Parts and labor for equipment repair, excluding catastrophic parts and consumables

Two preventive service calls per contract

Product Support Agreements
AVI Systems also offers support for single products. Our product support agreements offer you an additional 3 years of equipment support and repair after the manufacturer’s warranty runs out (generally after 1 year).
Our product support agreements ensure that your technology investment will remain intact through the usable life of a typical audio visual component; should your covered product fail, you simply bring it to your local AVI Systems service center for repair. This gives you access to service without having to secure funding for that service.
