The AVI Systems team, along with several manufacturers, set up and prepared for AVI LIVE at Soldier Field in Chicago, Ill. on Tuesday.
We’ve been preparing the exhibit hall and making sure everything is in order for the many breakout sessions, keynotes and more slated for the two-day event. Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at what goes into the set-up process. You can find live coverage and updates on our Facebook page too.

The free event runs May 3 and 4, featuring an array of activities and sessions, including keynote speakers Brad Sousa, CTO of AVI Systems, Gary Kayye, with rAVe Publications, and David Maldow, founder and CEO of Let’s Do Video.
And, there’s free parking!
This year’s focus is all about professional development. Various breakout sessions will be spread throughout the two-day event, covering topics like video on the network and improving patient care with visual collaboration to help keep AV professionals in the know about current and emerging trends.
During the day, visitors will also be able to catch up with dozens of manufacturers in the exhibit hall, and in the evening, we’ll take some time to simply slow down and socialize, with happy hours running from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. Wednesday and starting at 2 p.m. on Thursday.
We hope to see you there!
