Pastor Miles McPherson has spent well over a decade traveling the world and giving motivational speeches in hopes to spread the word of God and encourage others to better themselves.

And, to continue his work, the former San Diego Charger founded the Rock Church in February 2000. Since opening, it has been named one of the fastest growing churches in the U.S., with over 15,000 people attending Sunday services across five campuses.

Pastor McPherson’s energy is constantly high and unrelenting, but his travel schedule was limiting his participation in some of the church’s events, including weekly planning sessions, creative brainstorming, and event coordination meetings.

Given that he traveled incessantly, most meetings had be done remotely. Unfortunately, the software he and Rock Church staff were using to collaborate had drawbacks that limited their work and collaboration.

To overcome these technical challenges, Rock Church IT Director Brian Meyer’s chose AVI Systems to outfit the space with video conferencing solutions.
