AVI-System’s is the largest 100% employee owned Audiovisual and Unified Communication Solutions provider in the country. Due to our continued growth, we’re in the market for a Corporate Recruiter to help us continue to scale our talent acquisition efforts. This person will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting activities. That includes locating and engaging with potential candidates through our ATS, job boards, social media and other tools. The Corporate Recruiter will support our leadership team on a nationwide basis through the hiring process, providing detailed notes, scheduling interviews and ensuring a great candidate experience.
In addition, the Corporate Recruiter will work alongside our Director of Recruiting on constant enhancements to our overall organization and processes as we continue to expand. This includes improved organization within our database (ATS), spreadsheets and Smartsheet’s. This person will also help support our efforts around employee development initiatives and strategies to find talented people with a desire to grow their career in the industry. The Corporate Recruiter will help brainstorm new technology investments, search tools and other investments to ensure we’re getting our opportunities and company brand in front of the right people.
- 4-year College Degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a Corporate Recruiting or Agency environment.
- Experience conducting searches, building talent databases, interviewing and managing the full recruiting lifecycle.
- Must have a proactive mentality, well organized and great customer service skills.
- Good business acumen and ability to learn the organizational structure.
- This person should have good sales skills, and an ability sell the unique value of our company.
- Previous experience working within an Applicant Tracking System.
