What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects from start to finish, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets and manage project risks and issues
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure project delivery aligns with business requirements.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review project status, provide updates, and ensure project team members are aligned
- Ensure project delivery is within budget and tie constraints while meeting quality standards
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management
- Identify areas for process improvement, and implement solutions to optimize project delivery
What You Bring to Assure Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet
- PMP or Agile certification preferred
