On-Site AV Support Technician

We cross the entire spectrum of business, government, healthcare, education, and entertainment and we’re currently seeking an On-Site AV Support Technician to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing: The On-Site AV Support Technician is dedicated to providing technical and meeting support for one of our Enterprise Customers based in Oshkosh, WI. This person will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and training with a focus on all Audio-Visual technology at our customer location. This could also include support on new project delivery.

What You Bring To Assure Success:

  • Previous experience in the service or installation of audio, video, and/or audiovisual, presentation systems and IT/Networks
  • Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and make sound decisions based on customer satisfaction
  • Communication and customer relation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites
  • InfoComm CTS Certifications is a plus. Any other industry certifications are also a plus. (Ex: Crestron, Extron, BIAMP, QSC etc.)
