Brad is an industry authority on visual collaboration, Unified Collaboration, digital media, video over IP, collaboration within classified applications, and visual collaboration for healthcare and distance learning. His experience and expertise make the difference between integrating collaborative technologies and creating enterprise-wide adoption that changes organizational cultures and accomplishes broad organizational strategic initiatives. Brad is a keynote speaker at symposiums and workshops addressing the application of technology in education and the effects on academic outcomes; the use of classified and unclassified visual collaboration; how enterprise collaboration and adoption of visual communications improve productivity and ROI.
Monique joined Microsoft in December of 2020 as Director of Channels for North America focused on Microsoft Teams Rooms. Monique has over 15 years of experience in managing and developing Channels in the Americas, as well as globally. She is a versatile Channel Leader with a track record of building long-term growth strategies that empower organizations and individuals to achieve and exceed their goals. Monique joined Microsoft most recently from Poly, as Director of Channels, where she spent 10 successful years building the Channel for North America. Monique has also been recognized for the last 5 years as one of CRN’s Women of the Channel and a Power 100 Award recipient. Monique is inspired by connecting people with technology that makes a positive impact on the way we collaborate and do business. As the partner landscape continues to evolve, Monique is excited to lead the Microsoft Teams Room Device business through a transformational journey by developing an agile growth strategy for the next generation partners for Microsoft. Monique graduated from the University of Texas, Arlington with an undergrad in Marketing and an MBA in International Business.
Scott is an experienced director with a history of success in the UCC, AV, and Musical Instruments industries. He is an award-winning product designer and is skilled in both U.S. and international sales and marketing, channel, manufacturing, and electronics. Prior to his current role at DTEN, Scott served in management roles at MXL Microphones for nine years where he oversaw global sales and marketing for all aspects of the MXL brand.
Rachel is a technology leader who has transformed the IT function into a strategic asset. She believes that empowered people can use technology to solve almost any business or world problem. Rachel has more than 20 years of experience in IT management across a range of industries. She has managed major software implementations, custom application development, infrastructure overhauls, and cloud migrations -- building high-performing teams and cultures along the way. Rachel is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) as well as a certified ITIL Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Illinois State University and is board chair of Goodwill-Easter Seals of MN.
