What You Will Be Doing:
You would support AVI Systems’ clients directly by assisting with maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of their IT equipment. This includes ordering of equipment, computer set up and troubleshooting, inventory management and data entry.
What You Bring to Assure Success:
- Serial number and subscription management.
- Ordering computers according to specifications.
- Computer set up and configurations.
- Box moving and delivery.
- Light installs of devices and remote controls.
- Documenting SOPs and changes.
- Data entry and ServiceNow updates.
- Site visits and inventory checks.
