CURATING HYBRID EXPERIENCES FOR EXECUTIVE BOARD ROOMS

Education Session ED04 (W414BCD)

In this interactive presentation, we examine the process used to create and integrate a new experiential hybrid environment. From needs analysis, and priority identification to performance testing, adjustments, and recommendation formulation, attendees will discover the scope needed to curate a hybrid collaboration environment and experience executives will adopt and use.

In this session, we will discuss the process of gathering use case requirements and an in-depth needs analysis from the C-Suite executive. We will break down the customer's top priorities and how these priorities led to meaningful inclusivity for all participants. Attendees will also learn how priorities shift during performance testing and pilot studies. Using a specific case study, we demonstrate how to curate an experience for a hybrid collaboration environment designed for large meeting rooms and executive boardrooms. And we share how we learned how the C-Suite and other organizational leaders can get involved in video collaboration to meet the new hybrid workforce demands.

INTEGRATING TOOLS TO MAKE THE WORKPLACE MORE USEFUL: AI AND SMART TECHNOLOGIES

Education Session ED41 (W314AB)

What's the true purpose of today's office? In this session, learn about the evolution of the workplace to a place people go to do focused work and earn about new tools that leverage AI and its impact on the smart workplace of the near future. Architects, spatial planners, global enterprises, and others want to understand what the evolution of the workplace looks like in the months and years ahead. People go into the office to have an experience they can’t get virtually; build a sense of workplace community and get time/proximity with peers to create consensus on large initiatives.

As the workplace evolves, we must, in parallel, learn how to carefully manage and monetize space across the corporate real estate footprint. Learn about new tools that leverage artificial intelligence and assist in evolving today’s office into a smart workplace. This includes the impact artificial intelligence will have on meeting and workspaces, concierge services for individual employees, and security tools – all using sensors, IoT, occupancy and access control, and much more to correlate data and enhance the work experience.
