What You'll Be Doing
The Audiovisual (AV) Support Analyst plays a pivotal role within AVI by serving as the AV support subject matter expert for our Managed Services team. This role will support AVI Customers’ audiovisual estate technology and will be a member of the Managed Services - Service Desk team. This person will be responsible for Incident Management, Service Requests, Ticket Ownership, Reporting, Events, and Problem Management. This position will support the Service Contracts sold by the branch and Managed Services Practice to achieve our business revenue, gross profit (GP) and profitability objectives.
What You Bring to Assure Success:
- Previous experience in the supporting and troubleshooting audiovisual technology solutions
- Ability to work independently, be self-directed and make sound decisions based on customer satisfaction
- Communication and customer relation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites
- CTS & AQAV CQT Certification preferred
This position will be part of a 24x7 team and may be required to work outside of the typical work week.
